My husband and I have worked with Wayne over the last decade on multiple transactions. After our very first meeting about 9 years ago, I knew that an agent like Wayne would be very difficult to find. His knowledge and expertise complements his utter dedication to his clients. There was no question that we wanted Wayne to represent us (and hold our hands) in this crazy market.

We cannot thank him enough for all his help and guidance, patience and support in the process of finding our forever home. I cannot think of another agent or person that is as attentive and caring as him. With all our questions and scenarios and going over different clauses, I cannot think of one instance that I didn’t feel 100% understood, answered and therefore confident in my decisions. Wayne’s attentiveness, communication and there-are-no-stupid-questions approach makes him stand out more than anyone else in this business. He was beyond dedicated - outside of a normal “work day/week”. He has set the bar pretty high for all the other agents.

Wayne is perfection personified. He really truly cares about what is best for the customer. We can vouch for that!

We met Wayne 11 years ago looking for a rental home when we moved to the area and loved him.

So a year later looking for a home to buy, of course we wanted Wayne! He was so organized and knowledgeable. Thinking of every detail, it made the process so easy.

Fast forward 10 more years and life was sending us to a different area, so once again we called Wayne to sell our home.

One word, brilliant! He knew exactly what house was worth and would sell for in this crazy market. Provided great information for staging and presenting the house for pictures. Had beautiful photos and video taken.

He is organized beyond belief. Timelines so you know what to expect. Answered any questions we had immediately by phone, text or email. Even gave us information for moving companies, cleaning services, etc. Anything that pertains to selling or buying a home, he's a wealth of information and experience.

If you are reading this to find a realtor, call him. You will not regret it. He truly is the best!!

Wayne was THE BEST selection for a realtor for my move from Mechanicsburg to Pottstown. I chose Wayne since he had helped my daughter buy and later sell a condo, and purchase her first house. Now he has helped me find the perfect house!

Not only did he diligently follow both current and upcoming listings, he calmed my nerves during the process of selling my house and concerns about not having a place to live. He coordinated a thorough home inspection and now, I'm working with his concierge service to set up all my utilities and internet. He has totally taken much of the stress out of moving, although he doesn't pack boxes :)

Wayne handled the sale of our Pottstown home after we had retired and moved to Michigan. Everything was done over the internet and through secure transaction systems. He handled everything seamlessly including the tenants we had at the time who were very pleased with the way everything was explained to them, timing, etc.
We hold Wayne in very high regard, and give him the highest possible rating. Our son and his wife and daughter will be looking for a house in that area in the future and wouldn’t use anyone other than Wayne to handle this for them.

I can’t say enough good things about Wayne Fenstermacher! He made our experience selling our house so easy and stress-free! I reached out to Wayne back in 2019 about selling my parent’ house. Then, a pandemic hit and Wayne patiently waited for us to make the decision to sell - didn’t constantly pester us, but reminded us every once in awhile that he was still there when we were ready. Over a year later, a month prior to the sale, I gave Wayne a two week window when he could have access to the house to show it. Lo and behold, he worked his magic and the house sold within a week!

We were not the easiest customers to work with. I am in Virginia and was moving my elderly mother from Schwenksville to be closer to me. So, Wayne worked with me remotely and was very flexible. My mother has become somewhat of a hermit, so when I told Wayne I would prefer he do everything when she was not present, it was not a stumbling block for him - he accommodated perfectly. When I took my mother out of town for three weeks, Wayne went out of his way to make sure the house was safe and secure. When I was traveling when offers came in, Wayne worked with the time zone I was in and met with me virtually after normal working hours and without hesitation, took my counteroffer to the buyer. And he did every thing necessary so we could close without being in person. I couldn’t have asked for a more accommodating realtor or a more pleasant human being!

Its a late review since its been a month since we moved in to our home but better late then never. Wayne is a diligent and detail oriented real estate agent in my case I found the property but after that Wayne took it of my hands right from arranging an open house to closing.
