It has been a pleasure working with Wayne for the last year. He gives 200% and he's all in and fully invested. His service and professionalism go above and beyond. He worked tirelessly to get my mom's house sold. He has a great knowledge of Philly and it's market and really strives to understand the needs of his clients!

He truly has been a blessing for my family, as we live out of state, but took this sale on as if it was his own home. He came highly recommended and I'm so happy we chose this journey with Frink Realty. It's been a wonderful experience and we are grateful to Wayne and all his efforts and he is now part of our extended family!

Mr. Frink was truly exceptional. I was impressed with the level of knowledge he had about the market, and he was always available for home tours.
His responsiveness was incredible. He was cool, and had a calm mindset, kept my anxiety low, and gave me the confidence he would get the job done in which he did!!!
He made my selling process simple and with ease.
Mr. Frink was amazing to work with and was very helpful through all the details to sell my home smoothly.

If you are looking for someone with a lot of knowledge on Philly investing/ multi family. Wayne's the guy. Even after he helped me purchase. He's still helping with contractors and renovations!! Highly recommend having Wayne by your side for anything real estate stuff
