Wayne started in real estate profession in 1978. He received his Brokers license in 1984. Operated his own real estate office locally from 1987-1995, was recruited by Coldwell Banker Realty is 1996. Wayne has extensive knowledge in selling properties including residential, multifamily properties, lots, and commercial real estate in the Peninsula San Francisco.

Wayne not only has sold real estate professionally, but he has also owned rental properties as well for over 30 years. With this experience Wayne has good contacts for getting properties economically ready to market. Wayne has assembled a crew of workers for all aspects of a property.
