Wayne McCormick and his team made selling my mom's Flagstaff home easy. Wayne's knowledge of the area and local connections aided us in not having to make a 3 hour roundtrip up to Flagstaff to deal with small issues with the house. Just one of the many things that was helpful was being able to have Wayne's local contacts clear my mom's snowy driveway just before we had a planned trip up to move some of my mom's belongings.

Communication with Wayne was quick and efficient. We were given realistic expectations as to what the value of the house was in it's condition (and in fact it sold for just a little more than asking). It was under contract within 10 days with multiple offers, proving his estimate was accurate.

Wayne worked with us on issues dealing with the condition of the property, allowing the property to close on time. Thanks again!

Wayne recently helped us sell our home in Flagstaff. Wayne's knowledge of the Flagstaff market is what really sets him apart from other agents. The market was changing rapidly this spring and each time we met with Wayne to plan for our launch, he brought up to date information and could tell us "these are the 3 listings we're watching this week." The estimated listing price increased over 5% in the last week before launch based on what happened with the listings he was watching. Wayne gave good advice about decluttering and staging the house and used a top notch photographer to put our best foot forward on Zillow. With Wayne's help, we received 3 offers above list price during launch weekend, all from buyers who planned to live in the house, which was very important to us.

He is professional, knowledgeable, experienced and has a deep lineup of contractors that came in handy when negotiating during the inspection contingency and making repairs before listing. Wayne McCormick and Terri Clarke with Realty Executives were tremendous to work with as we spent 18 months looking for a second home in Flagstaff. Given their experience and having grown up in Flagstaff, their knowledge of the market is unsurpassed. In many cases when discussing a listing they knew the house very well as they had sold it one or more times in the past. More importantly, we appreciated the fact that we never felt that they tried to "sell" us on a house. In fact, most of the time they stressed the "cons" of the house before we even got into the "pros". As the market was in a frenzy during the period of our search, they always accommodated us driving up to Flagstaff at a moments notice for a walk-thru of a new listing. He and his staff were incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the entire process, including organizing contingent living arrangements if our previous home did not sell prior to our move. Writing a review for Wayne and Terri is easy. First things that come to mind, is trust and peace of mind. I’m an out of state buyer and I was given their name by a financial company in California as a good referral, and that they were, a great referral. Wayne and Terri make an incredible team. Wayne with all his knowledge and don’t mess with me forward acting and Terri with all her social skills and can talk to anyone make the perfect good guy, bad guy team. I specifically wanted a condo that was upstairs, was within walking distance to NAU and within my budget and they delivered. Being out of state, trust was essential and I can tell you that I bought this condo with only seeing pictures of it. It was purchased in March and the first time I saw the place was April 19th. The purchase was made with an existing tenant and Wayne and Terri helped with a lease agreement transfer as well. All the paperwork, the inspections, the appraisal were all done by qualified people that they suggested. The haggling for price was amazing and I got what I wanted. If you are out of state and want to buy in Flagstaff AZ, this is the team to go with. I am so happy with the results of my purchase. Thank you Wayne and Terri.
