I can't say enough good things about working with Wayne. He truly gave his all in trying to accommodate all requests we had when searching for our home. He was very flexible in working around our busy schedules to meet with us and show us houses. He took all of our feedback on certain homes into consideration and provided different options that clearly showed that he heard us. The closing process was as easy as it could have been. Being a first time home buyer, it made all the difference in the world to have an experienced realtor, but also one who showed genuine passion for what he does. Plus, he's hilarious. Would recommend him to everyone!!

I will tell you this in all honesty, if you want a realtor that goes above and beyond, Wayne is your guy. My experience could not have been better. Anyone can do a great job when everything goes right and you sell your house in the first couple days. It is difficult to find the realtor that takes the stress off of your shoulders when there are snags in the process. Use Wayne because he is a partner in what you are trying to accomplish and he takes as much of that pressure off of you that he can. Cannot recommend him enough.
