I will tell you this in all honesty, if you want a realtor that goes above and beyond, Wayne is your guy. My experience could not have been better. Anyone can do a great job when everything goes right and you sell your house in the first couple days. It is difficult to find the realtor that takes the stress off of your shoulders when there are snags in the process. Use Wayne because he is a partner in what you are trying to accomplish and he takes as much of that pressure off of you that he can. Cannot recommend him enough.
