Ms Waynna is very efficient and gets the job done! She’s always 10 steps ahead of everything. She doesn’t take no for an answer. With that said the deal always works out in her and her clients favor. She helped me with selling a property and everything went extremely smooth. I am definitely contacting Ms waynna in the next couple of months so that I can start the process of my 2nd home. I definitely recommend her to anyone that is looking to buy, sell, and most importantly get an approval on a property!!!

I find Waynna to be extremely knowledgeable, responsive and highly resourceful. She gets the job done, while other Realtors make excuses. She answers every question in a timely manner, seeks out opportunities for her real estate investors, works very well with other agents, and has a RRolodex full of resources who proved to be very valuable to new homeowners.
