Laura and the team at Webb Realty helped us to buy our new home and to sell our old home. Laura was very knowledgable, patient and friendly and we really enjoyed working with her. She didn’t rush us and we looked at a lot of houses over a 12 month period. She wanted us to be comfortable and to find the house that we knew fit us. On the selling side once again she helped us get the house ready to sell gave us advice on items we should do before listing the house. But once again was patient and knowledgeable she spent the time to do several open houses. She did a great job of following up with the other agents and advising us on getting the most out of the sale of our house. We remodeled the house we bought and Laura stopped over several times to check on us. We consider Laura a new friend of ours. We highly recommend her !

Our house was listed on Thursday and sold by Sunday!! Seriously? We also got multiple offers OVER our asking price. WHAT?? Roger and Melissa were INCREDIBLE. Real Estate Agents are not all the same. Roger was the Agent for the seller of a house we purchased a few years ago. He was the opposing Agent then. Since then we’ve hired him twice. He is the strongest negotiator, the most responsive and professional. He is the Agent! This time was even more impressive. He helped find a solution to get us out of kids house that was not at its fullest potential. Not only facilitating the people we needed to fix and clean the house but found us an investor to buy it without needing to deal with the open market. All while I was a State away. Thank you Roger. I am a 70 year old man who has recently retired and I had several houses that I wanted to liquidate. My experience was not the best with the Real Estate Sales people that I had previously used. I wanted to try and find a really professional person who would do for me as I would do for them. There was an ad on CNBC that caught my eye. The advertisement that I seen on tv claimed to have the quality of home selling people which I was wanting to hire. That's how I met Melissa.
She first struck me as a person who was not trying to Woo me with with a bunch of kindness and wanting to become friendly; instead Melissa was a matter-of-fact type personality and rather forthright, factual, business like lady who took her time with me but I could tell she was a busy person and did not want to waste time either. I thought about our interview we had at the property and like a lite went off in my head, I said, this is exactly the person that I needed. Melissa is a pleasant person, easy to get along with, I'm not implying that she was rude or anything like that, it's just that she just struck me as a person who knew her profession very well and was interested in winning! That is what we sellers want when we hire an agent, and I couldn't have been more correct with my assumption.
One little example of her actions: We had several offers and something always happened and it didn't sell, I know she priced the house at the very top of the price range (maybe a little above) so after about 15-16 days it was on the market and we already had a few weak offers I ask Melissa if she thought we might better lower the price a bit and she said, " not quite yet, we will give it a little more time". That was a good sharp call that only an experienced home seller could make. That decision did two major things, number one is it put me at ease, but moreover it protected my property value. That is exactly the reason a seller wants to make sure they get/hire a good professional Real Estate Sales Person. like I said, I owned several properties around town that it was time for me to sell, my only regret is that I wish I would have met Melissa back before I sold the first one.
Melissa, your actions were consistent with the term fiduciary, when you think about it. A fiduciary is someone who makes decisions which are those that are best for their clients. Melissa, I wish you all the success, you are just as like that advertisement I seen on tv claims, you are one of the top rated in your profession.

We first started working with Rodger in 2015. His wife took beautiful pictures of our home and posted them on Zillow to get us started. Rodger was great at preparing us for the sale of our home. He certainly has expert knowledge of our subdivision and the Cherokee county area. While the market wasn’t optimal for the sale of a 5000 square ft home at the time, Rodger helped us secure a renter who remained in the home nearly five years.
When it came time for us to retire and sell the home in 2021, I naturally turned to Rodger for help. Amazingly enough, Rodger brought us an out of state buyer before we even placed it on the market. As out of state owners, we relied on Rodger’s advice and help securing contractors for the much needed work to get the house in order to sell. He was there for us during the whole process.

Tony Granados and the WEBB REAL ESTATE TEAM in Georgia are a 1st Class GO TO TEAM if you need help selling or buying your home. I needed to sell my mothers home that I grew up in from long distance. I was having a really hard time closing GA probate, getting the owner title straight, and things I just did not anticipate. Tony was "on it" to say the least. The communication was way more than I ever expected to receive. Tony met with me ONE time on extremely short notice (I live out of state and literally had 1 day to travel, meet, walk thru, listen to his suggestions options. I never met him or the WEBB TEAM before. But after we met...it was a NO BRAINER..to stick with Tony. I rarely trust people. But, I walked away feeling so relieved and confident in his ability to help me out. I also felt NO PRESSURE. Tony knew all the right things, had all the experience for my situation (do I remodel? or sell as is to a broker?). Old house - not fancy at all!! But Tony treated me and my childhood home as if it were one of the newly built mansions being sold down the street for 800K+. I did not expect anyone to care this much or give it that much attention for just a little bit of return. Tony quickly presented options, potential buyers, and AN INCREDIBLE LOAD of professional service at a time when I was stressed out (single mom 2 kids) and eager to get this off my plate -- at best the possible return for ME! It took about 2 1/2 weeks. DONE!!! Tony and WEBB REAL ESTATE took care of everything and more. I still today (4 mo later) can't believe I got this lucky. I know 100% I got a great deal and have no regrets what so ever!!! BEST AGENTS EVER!!!!! And only knew him for less than a month. Bam!!!! AND...they still follow up with little ole me. Melissa Whitehouse helped us sell our home In 2018 when we moved out of state And helped us purchase a home June 2020 when we moved back to Georgia. She went above and beyond to help us! When selling, she drove by and checked on our house to make sure the landscaping looked nice and to meet contractors. She kept us informed every step of the way.
