Wendell began his career as a Certified Financial Planner before transitioning into real estate development in 2003. I first met Wendell many years ago and was able to get to know him better when I purchased my first home in Olde Uptown. Recently, I called him because of my interest in purchasing an investment property. My few questions resulted in closing on a condo several weeks later. His knowledge of the local market along with his responsiveness and sound advice were critical in my decision and I recommend him (and his team) highly.
