On a personal note:

Linc was born in New Jersey and was raised in the Philadelphia Pa area. He has a degree in Construction Engineering Technology. He utilized that degree in building his own home in Doylestown Pa where he raised his son. HIs career included many complicated construction restoration projects that he not only sold but managed and completed. If you are from up north you might be familiar with some of his projects that include;The 59th Street Bridge in Manhattan NY, Congress Hall in Philadelphia Pa, The Casino's in Atlantic City, NJ, The Federal Courthouse in Pa and NJ and even the Lincoln Memorial in Washington DC. Working these projects and others Linc soon realized that if any problem arose it was up to him to solve and that is what he did. When he took time off from work he would always enjoy a vacation here in SC with his son. Linc boasts on playing every course here! Coming down the SC every year Linc realized this is where he wanted to retire. He fell in love with the SC coast, no better reason to live here now and enjoy these beautiful beaches.

Wendy was born and raised in a small country town in Utah. Even though she loved growing up near the mountains she always dreamed of living on the coast. Once married Wendy moved to NC which was her introduction to real estate. While raising her two daughters she helped and participated in the national growth of RE/MAX. This required her family to move several times from SC to NC then to southern Florida, northern California, Pittsburgh Pennsylvania then back to NC. That is why Wendy is considered the Relocation Specialist. She knows first hand the challenges faced when moving. When Wendy was first licensed in Greensboro,NC as a real estate broker she quickly became the top producer of her REMAX office and held that position for several years. Wendy also worked 2 years for a national builder in Raleigh NC, before moving to SC. The knowledge she gained as an onsite agent for a national builder is insight she loves to share with her clients. Most people don't realize if they buy a new/or being built home directly from a builder that they you won't have representation. They wont have someone looking after their interest in the home being built correctly, on time and should any problem arise, someone to negotiate and solve the problem with the builder.
