Wendy Bolon

As a dedicated and experienced Real Estate Broker with 30 years of expertise, I've had the privilege of
serving clients across East Tennessee. My background also includes co-owning a mortgage business for
10 years, giving me a unique understanding of the industry.
I've called Townsend, TN, home for 20 years and am passionate about giving back to my community. I
serve as an Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (AEMT) for the Townsend Area Volunteer Fire
Department (TAVFD).
When I'm not helping clients achieve their real estate goals, you can find me enjoying the beautiful
East Tennessee outdoors or spending time with my loved ones, including my wonderful husband of 40
years and our beloved animals. I'm committed to building lasting relationships and making a positive
impact in the lives of those around me.
