About Wendy

Wendy Carbone, a native of Connecticut, has been involved with property management from a young age. She helped her parents manage their real estate investments and property renovations after moving to the United States from Portugal. While living in Virginia in 1999, Wendy became a licensed Realtor and she and her husband began flipping properties. As a military wife, she has had the opportunity to work in markets around the country and understand real estate trends on both a macro and a micro level. Wendy moved to Huntsville in 2012 when her husband retired from the U.S. Army. Along with managing her own portfolio, she created Valley Homes Realty & Property Management with her son Anthony, a Real Estate Broker.

Wendy is my realtor and soon to be property manager. She has been highly professional, efficient and responsive (I am a busy mom of a 1 year old that works full-time). I am newer to real estate investing out of state, and she been beyond helpful in explaining the market and sending properties that make sense for me.

I have worked with Wendy on the purchase of two rental properties in the Huntsville area in the past year and now she also manages those properties for me. I cannot say enough about how great she has been to work with-I would give her more than 5 stars if I could. She is unbelievably responsive, professional, patient, knowledgeable, and organized.
