Wendy is simply the best realtor on the mainline. She's represented us as sellers and buyers and handled both sides of those transactions with skill, talent, energy, and good humor. I also worked with Wendy on the sale of another property in Radnor for a charitable organization. Both properties were under contract in less than a week! When anyone asks if I know a realtor, I always recommend Wendy and her team. And each time I've heard nothing but praise from our friends for her work. In addition to all that, Wendy grew up on the mainline. She knows the market and the people. What more could you want in a realtor?

Wendy Civitella has been my manager for over two years – she is nothing short of amazing! She has led our office in unquestionably one of the most difficult times in the history of residential real estate, and our office has been a top performer for our company, primarily due to her unfailing efforts to keep us motivated, educated…..and most importantly encouraging us to try new things outside our comfort zone. In addition, she has been very creative in developing ways to ways to keep us socially engaged as an office during the pandemic (always observing the proper Covid protocols).
