When I wanted to view a house in another town Wendy dropped whatever she was doing and met me at the property within a few minutes. This was important in a busy sellers' market.

I meant Wendy at a open house, then we used her to sell my mom's house.
Later on I used her to search for and then purchase my own house, which I've been in now for over ten years. She was even able to get me some money back at closing. Great work!!
