With a background in law and mediation, Wendy is a high-level negotiator and strategist in real estate transactions. She knows the markets and gets the best results for her clients. Integrity, knowledge, and exemplary customer service are the keys to her business success. Wendy has been in real estate since 2004 and was negotiating deals for Fortune 500 companies as a lawyer in the District of Columbia since 1999. Wendy was raised in the DC Metropolitan Area and has lived in Arlington since 1999. She has a law degree from Vanderbilt University and studied negotiation at Harvard's Program on Negotiation and the Strauss Institute for Alternative Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University.
