Wendy is simply amazing. My family and I met Wendy in December of 2021 shortly after starting our new home search. From the very first phone call, Wendy was very detail oriented, engaging, friendly and ultra-professional. I remember her telling us that she would work hard to gain our trust, and she did just that and much more. She took the time to listen to our needs and made suggestions. Wendy went above and beyond the call of duty to assist us. She went on countless showings with us and she never made our family feel as though we were wasting her time. She encouraged us to get the house that we wanted and to never settle. She was with us every step of the way. Even though the market was not friendly to buyers, Wendy always encouraged us to follow our hearts. She literally made my family feel like we were her only clients. She encouraged us, she cried with us, she laughed with us, and not only is she our favorite realtor but through this journey she has become our friend. On the day that we closed, our children were very sad because they would miss shopping for houses with Wendy.
I cannot say enough good things about Wendy. She is a realtor par excellent. If you are looking for a realtor who is authentic, detailed orientated, honest, trustworthy, professional and knowledgeable then you definitely need Wendy. She even calls to check up on us and to see if we need anything weeks later. Wendy is simply the best.

My mother and I needed someone personable, kind, thoughtful, and smart to help us sell our investment property. Wendy was the most amazing realtor...she far surpassed everything we could have imagined. She landed us the perfect buyers, within an unbelievably short amount of time, and it was seamless from beginning to end. We could not have asked for anyone better than Wendy to comfort us, care, and quickly and efficiently sell this house.
