Wendy Fields

A native Floridian, Wendy Fields still finds the Gulf Coast beaches irresistible. She and her husband first settled in St. Pete Beach and now reside on the sands of Redington Beach. Over the years she has accumulated a vast knowledge of the beach communities from Pass-A-Grille to Clearwater Beach; everything from selling the finest beach and waterfront homes, to where to find the best grouper sandwich and a slice of key lime pie!

With her determination, energetic personality, friendly demeanor, and she can professionally help you achieve your real estate goals. Wendy’s compassion for her client’s needs and her attention to details is her strength in negotiating a luxury home or simple efficiency on the beach. She enjoys building long term relationships and values repeat business and referrals.

One of her more memorable real estate transactions was helping a family sell a two-million-dollar beach home that had been on the market for sale by owner as part of the settlement of an estate. She learned a lot from that experience, including a very simple but valuable lesson – the more heirs; the tougher it is to negotiate the sale. After the closing, the seller referred her to a high school friend to sell her mother’s estate.

Wendy understands today’s challenging market conditions and specializes in luxury waterfront homes & condominiums, estate properties and beach living. She currently holds a Broker-Associate license with Smith and Associates Real Estate.

Wendy is active in various community organizations and has held a variety of volunteer positions including those with St. Anthony’s Triathlon, Florida Suncoast Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, Delta Delta Delta Alumni, and Pass-A-Grille Women's Club.
