Wendy Fischer is experienced in marketing and selling residential homes, luxury homes, investment properties, vacation homes and working with first-time home buyers. She is hard working and strives to always do her best.
She is a REALTOR® who cares about her clients, desiring to give them the best service possible, the best home to fit their needs and obtaining it at the best price possible and terms that will meet the customer’s timelines. She strives for the best and makes herself available during and after office hours for her clients’ real estate needs.
Wendy is a member of the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association, Florida Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. Wendy also obtained the Florida Military Specialist certification, so that she could be of assistance to those who are serving and have served our country. She would like to give our military men and women and their families, who often have unique home buying needs, the best service so that she may thank them for their service. Additionally, she has received the Excellence in Professionalism Gold Key Certification, the New Home Co-Broker (NHCB) designation, as well as the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation. Wendy is part of the Fischer Team, working with her husband, Art Fischer, to best serve their buyers and sellers.
Outside of real estate, Wendy loves to spend time with her friends and family, her husband, children and their children. She also enjoys the beach, travel, cruises, bike rides, yoga and working out at the gym.
