I highly recommend Wendy Foreman for anyone looking to acquire real estate. Wendy helped me acquire my home with skill and ease. Her knowledge of real estate is extensive. Upon first meeting, I had an instant peace she could do the job with skill and confidence. Calling a few references confirmed that as all had high praise. What I like most about Wendy is feeling like I'm her only client even though I'm far from it. Regardless of how busy she is, her organization and dedication keep her ahead and on top of things. She went the extra mile to help a first-time buyer like myself make sure I had everything taken care of. The second thing I like about Wendy is I never felt pressured to make decisions. She thoroughly explained every aspect of home buying and provided professional, sound counsel when asked. She might hint at what she would do if in my shoes but always left me in control with a smile on her face.

Wendy came highly recommended to me from several friends and was everything I needed in an agent. As a first time home buyer I was scared to death but after my first meeting with Wendy I was instantly comforted and knew that I was in good hands. Wendy walked me through every step, identified potential problems that I would have overlooked out of shear excitement and eventually helped me find the perfect house! When problems came about and I thought I was going to have a nervous breakdown Wendy was able to translate what I was misunderstanding from the bank.
