We met Wendy when we thought we were going to buy a home locally. She showed us several beautiful homes in Stillwater: Wendy was intuitive about what we liked, but when it was clear we weren't sure quite what we wanted to do she gave us space to make up our minds. Ultimately, we bought a home out of state, but used Wendy as our listing agent. Wendy was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was responsive, trustworthy, and fun to work with. I'm sure there are always hiccups in real estate transactions, but Wendy can talk anyone off any ledge. As I said before, Wendy is a true pleasure to work with, her positive outlook and genuine interest in our family made a stressful process much more manageable.

Wendy went above and beyond the normal realtor duties to make our house purchase happen. She negotiated a good compromise when there were issues with the house that were found during the home inspection. Wendy also provided us the names of several contractors, painters and a carpet layer so that we could quickly spruce up the house prior to moving in. I would highly recommend Wendy to anyone moving to the Woodbury Minnesota area.

Wendy is out of this world wonderful! When my husband and I contacted Wendy her response was immediate and from the moment we met her to the closing on the home she was right by our side helping us prepare our home, take picutures/videos, offering a closing company. Our house sold in 9 days and we got 98% of our asking price. Once the house sold Wendy was avaialbe at any time to show us existing real estate in the Washington County area. We ended up moving out of state due to a work opportuinty, but I know we would have continued our home search with Wendy's assistance. While our home was showing Wendy was truly our advotae when working with other agents and showing the house. When we has questions or needed to contacted her, we always heard back from her within 10-20 minues. She was always one time and always had a smile on her face. I would highly recommend Wendy to assist in seling or buying a home. She understand the business and will be a true advocate for you throughout the process. Wendy was our blessing as we went through the process of selling our home.

Wendy was great to work with. My wife and I were relocating from Denver, CO and got hooked up with Wendy. She was willing to show us any house that was with in our price range. She never tried to push us on a house and was very patient with us. She would never try to push our budget. We told her what it was and she was very good about sticking with in our limits. Wendy will go over the top to ensure you are satisfied with your new purchase. She made relocating very easy for my family and we are very great full for that.

We worked with Wendy to both sell our old home and buy a new home. She walked us through each step of the way: prepping our home for sale, listing our home, and showing it well. Our home was priced right, looked great, and sold immediately for even more than we had hoped! Wendy's detailed knowledge and attention made all the final paperwork and negotiating go smoothly. When buying our new home, because of our very limited price range, Wendy's local knowledge of the neighborhoods, prices and home values was absolutely invaluable. After two months of searching our must-have community of Stillwater and the surrounding area, Wendy's eagle eye found a great house (just minutes after it was listed) that was in our perfect location of Stillwater, just the right size, had a lot of needed features (4 beds, 2 baths) AND was under budget! We are VERY impressed and happy about our work with Wendy. She is knowledgeable, a skilled negotiator, always available by cell and email, and answered all our questions, any time we needed her. She WILL find you an awesome home, and she won't settle for anything less than your perfect fit in a home!

My move to from out-of-state was made possible thanks to Wendy's outstanding efforts. There were many times after I accepted a job that my ability to make the move became bleak due to many ill-timed factors in selling my previous home. It was Wendy’s exceptional knowledge of the home-buying process, as well as her connections to people in financing, titling, home inspections, etc…, that helped me overcome the challenges of moving from out of state. Her upfront honesty and integrity also alleviated much of the anxiety I felt during the move. While many realtors I’ve previously worked with seem to have the mentality to “sell, sell, sell,” Wendy took a caring and responsive approach that wasn’t pushy and offered personable and honest advice. In fact, even after closing we have contacted Wendy and received immediate responses on questions that didn’t even pertain to the home-buying process - .e.g. navigating the local area, home warranties, etc… Once we did find a home, her expert knowledge of the market and negotiation skills put me in a favorable position to purchasing a home. I can say without reservation that Wendy will be my realtor for life and I whole-heartedly recommend her to others!

My mother and I both feel that Wendy did a fantastic job in representing her property and her interests throughout the sale of the home on Olson Lake Trail. Wendy showed my mother great care and support and helped us manage the household preparation projects from afar. Wendy helped us enlist a team of qualified support personnel to complete last minute projects to meet the needs of the new homeowner in the final days before the sale. She managed the final sale and communicated with my mother via telephone so that my mom could return to my home with me as I returned to work. The sale and the related events went smoothly and we were able to enjoy a restful summer because of Wendy's hard work.

Wendy is a laid back, yet super tentative agent that is willing to do what it takes to help find your dream home. Her knowledge of design, home construction/remodeling proves to be a unique asset. This assest allows Wendy to better identify potential homes for buyers and accurately/knowledgeably suggest what can be done to make it perfect. Furthermore, it allows her to understand what parts of the house (ie, mechanical or electrical systems) might need to be updated or other items that truly add value. Her flexibility and positive willingness to make things work, is something that shouldnt be overlooked. Everyone is busy today with their own lives, so its reassuring to have someone that is on your side. Her tentative responses are also highly appreciated and wont leave you wondering whats happening. We greatly valued her local expertise and knowledge of the areas she served. She made us feel confident in home values; which homes were priced too high for the neighborhood and which homes were a great value. There isnt a bad thing to say about Wendy. I always thought realtor commissions were exorbitant, but I obviously worked with the wrong realtors. Wendy did a fantastic job helping us find the perfect house and sell our current one. Choosing Wendy to help us with the sale of our house was the smartest decision we made in the entire moving process... well, except for decision to get out of the frozen tundra that is Minnesota. Realizing our dream of living somewhere warm wouldn't have been possible without all of Wendy's amazing talents. She patiently guided us through the entire process from start to finish, beginning with spectacular advice on renovations and updates that would yield the biggest bang for our buck, all the way through to dealing with a difficult buyer at the end. She was incredibly knowledgeable and never made us feel like we asked a 'stupid' question. Her eye for design is stellar - a quality I will always envy. Even when my texts started with I know it's 9pm so don't answer this until tomorrow, but..., she answered every single one as soon as I sent it. I can't even begin to describe what a positive, beneficial, educational, fun and stress-relieving experience it was working with Wendy to find our dream house in Lake Elmo. My fiancé and I just relocated from Madison, WI and we both have extremely busy jobs requiring travel. In addition we were both prepping to sell our Madison houses and were traveling back and forth a lot - so we were not easy to pin down together. Wendy asked a lot of questions, took in our reactions to listings she emailed us and quickly understood what was important to us in our home and what our limits were in renovation/redecorating. She found us a home in our first trip out that fit everything we were looking for - we had no idea we could live on a lake! Through the entire offer making, negotiation and financing process she had informative, knowledgeable and fabulous advice & opinions. Always got back to us in a very timely manner. In addition, her experience in interior design and renovation provided solid information in making our offer and instant contacts for the work we are having done. I have moved a lot and Wendy is the best realtor I have ever worked with. Right down to having move-in supplies for us and a # for an extremely tasty pizza delivery for our first weekend in the house. And even before starting house hunting, Wendy negotiated a temporary corporate apartment for me that accommodated dogs & was furnished. We highly recommend Wendy to be your realtor!
