You can’t beat experience and knowledge. Wendy is one of the best real estate agents out there. She is extremely professional and knows her stuff. We bought two houses from Wendy. She was extremely helpful and honest and walked us through every detail. My husband and I will never use anybody else.

Wendy knows real estate! We have rented, and bought and sold four houses with Wendy’s expertise. From ceiling-to-slab knowledge, contract negotiation to closing, Wendy is by far the most skilled and hardest working realtor with whom we’ve ever worked. She patiently and diligently handled every aspect of the process, removed hurdles and got us just what we needed in all five transactions! Wendy sold our home in Annandale, Virginia. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, kind and helpful through the whole process of selling our home and our relocation. After the sale of our home she found us a good agent in Florida, but there were times we reached out to her for advice on the purchase of our new home in Florida. She was always there for us. I can’t say enough good things about her, she is an excellent agent. I give her 10+ stars. I would recommend her to family and friends; you can’t go wrong with Wendy Harris!!!
