Wendy Ivanov is a knowledgeable professional who goes above and beyond the traditional role of a real estate agent. I met her while searching for homes in Sarasota, and she impressed me with her rapid response, in-depth knowledge of many communities, and immediate availability. She has also established a wide network of vetted contacts in the industry. Although my home buying situation is fluid due to circumstances which prevent me from contracting a realtor, she nonetheless continues to provide valuable information and check in with me regularly. It’s clear she cares a great deal not only about her clients, but all who seek real estate assistance.

She proved to be terrific - highly effective, knowledgeable, and got the job done! Wendy has a lot of energy and is very pleasant to work with as well. My experience with Wendy was great, I have no words to describe how professional this person is, kind, fights for prices, punctual to all appointments, attends you at any time, anyway, I'm already thinking about buying another house just like my wife and I can assure you that it will be with this realtor. I recommend her 100%, thanks to her today I have my house because she has been working on my case for more than a year and we finally did it, if you really want a person who cares about your needs and don't just think about the commission you earn, contact her and I promise you won't regret it.

We came down to Florida with the intention to rent first and found ourselves very frustrated with the lack of help from people we were contacting.

We called Wendy and she asked us a few questions about our situation and made a recommendation for us to think about buying a house in the Lakewood Ranch area but also said she would help us find a rental if that’s what we decided to do.
