Originally from South Dakota, Wendy grew up hearing that life in California was out of reach—too expensive and too far away. She’s made it her mission to prove otherwise. From renting and purchasing, to investing and building her family’s dream home on the Coast, Wendy has navigated every stage of homeownership herself. That real-world insight now fuels her passion for helping others find their place along the California coast.
Wendy earned her B.A. in Broadcast Journalism from Brigham Young University, interning at Good Morning America in New York City before returning to Utah to launch and manage a successful small business. Later, she pivoted her career to focus on family and community—raising two children, becoming a certified personal trainer and CrossFit coach, and volunteering throughout the Coastside.
Her background in communication, coaching, and client service gives her a rare ability to listen deeply, understand people’s goals, and guide them through the buying or selling process with confidence and clarity.
