About Wendy

Wendy has been in the real estate business collectively for 31 years, initially licensed in 1987. She has worked solo and in big brick and mortar offices too, and was happy to transition to a virtual model in real estate and mortgage origination. Wendy has achieved the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and ePro designations from the National Association of Realtors, which are all symbols of excellence in the real estate industry. Only a small percentage of all agents earn the CRS designation. Over the course of Wendy's career, she also dedicated significant time and energy into earning a law degree, which she has found to be very helpful and enlightening in her real estate practice. Wendy is an "outside-of-the-box" thinker, which is why the virtual office model is so intriguing to her. Wendy looks forward to sharing this service model with both clients and agents alike, to help people understand the paradigm shift that is currently underway in the home buying profession today. Wendy is married and loves spending time with her family, and her pets, and she embraces the love and passion for the real estate profession, and for all of the wonderful people she has met and will meet as she continues her journey in real estate and loan originations.

Wendy is an amazing realtor to work with! She went above and beyond when helping us find our home. A huge bonus to working with Wendy is she will work with your schedule. With my husbands demanding job it was necessary to see homes during the evening or weekends and Wendy was willing to work out showings whatever time we need. Wendy was very patient with my husband and I while searching for our home and filling out paperwork, willing to meet in places to collect paperwork since we don't have a fax machine etc etc and kept in contact with us and updated us
