About Wendy

Wendy comes to Launch with a wealth of knowledge in the new home market. She has worked in the luxury residential building industry for the past 12 years and has a great eye for detail on architecture and design. She has lived in Paradise Valley for the past 15 years and has watched the landscape change dramatically with teardowns, remodels, and new builds.

Born and raised in Grinnell, Iowa, Wendy moved to Arizona in 1990 to attend Arizona State University. After college she moved to the Bay Area and worked in the medical device industry for 7 years before moving back to the Valley in 2001. Wendy raised her kids and has been active with each of their schools over the years, All Saints’ and now Brophy and Xavier.

She also has a respect for the community she lives in and gives back whenever she can. Her focus has been working with charities over the years which include Golden Gate Guild, Arizona Children’s Association, PANDA (People Acting Know Discover Answers), notMYkid and is active with her daughter in National Charity League, Camelback Chapter.
