Wendy McPherson

Wendy B. McPherson, a Bay Area real estate veteran with over three decades of experience, is the former Branch Manager of two of the top producing offices in San Mateo County; Coldwell Banker El Camino, Menlo Park, and Woodside/Portola Valley offices. As Branch Manager, Wendy oversees sales activity and general operations of the office. These offices are affiliated with over 150 independent sales professionals.

She affiliated with Coldwell Banker Northern California from Cornish and Carey; a prestigious South Bay real estate firm acquired by Coldwell Banker in 1997. While with Cornish and Carey, Wendy was consistently named among the top ten percent of sales professionals, was the Vice President and Branch Manager of the company’s Portola Valley office and was Senior Vice President and Manager of the Menlo Park office.
