I am out of state client so I can speak for anyone who just needs some honest real estate advise and creative thinking. I can’t speak highly enough of Wendy Moffit. as a REALTOR who guided me through the process and also spoke with my agent to make sure things were going smoothly. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. She is detail oriented, honest, good with people and has a knack for matching each client with the right home. I surely appreciated her efforts to keep things running in the right direction even from afar.

My husband and I found the perfect home, thanks to our agent Wendy Moffit!! :D As first time home buyers, it was very stressful at times and Wendy made our times of uncertainty become a certainty. She was a lifesaver truly, especially with explaining everything and making sure we understood what was being taken place. Not only that, she made herself available to us 24/7. No matter what time of day, she was there for us. She wasn't just trying to sell a house, she was on a mission to find us the perfect home. I must say, mission completed...😉

So, if you are interested in buying a house, start off strong and find you the perfect realtor, find you a Wendy or better yet, her herself! :)

Wendy is not afraid to get dirty! We met wendy through mutual friends here in VA, when it came time to sell my townhouse she was there and ready to make magic happen. We quickly learned that she knew exactly what she was doing and she explained exactly what we needed to do on our end. She was ready to help with paint and a bucket, In no time we put the home together for listing it; We listened and trusted her plan for making sure it was a home that would show best, and she did an outstanding job! We fell in love with it all over again. Our sales price was over asking and no contingencies . This woman knows what she’s doing!! We highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell, buyer or in need of info on real estate . She knows what she’s doing and has a way of making a house a home; that makes you take a second look even at your own home.

Out of State or out of district?! Wendy can help! Not only did Wendy find us an agent to use but she made the transaction very seamless. When it was time to buy and sit down with the docs She saved us from paying 1000.00’s!
We are lucky she is family but we had no idea just how much she was going to be able to help us in Fredericksburg VA. Even though we had our Fredericksburg agent (who Wendy referred) we knew that all info we would run by Wendy so that we could make sure we had an understanding of the process and information that was been given to us from both Lender and Realtor. Wendy explained Contract and other documents very thoroughly, and informed us of incentives we had no idea were even available to us. If you purchasing out of state and need help with the transaction we definitely recommend giving Wendy a call!

Wow! Wendy made buying a house such a breeze! I was new to home buying and have heard horror stories from family and friends about terrible agents.

Wendy was professional and personal. She never made me feel uncomfortable and helped every step of the way.

She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker. This made it easy to move into my house in less than a month.

Very professional, experienced and helpful! Highly recommend!
