Wendy Motyka

Wendy swapped textbooks for palm trees back in '02 when she landed in Hawaii. What started as a teaching gig soon transformed into a 20 year culinary adventure. Wendy and her husband's restaurant success allowed them to start a real estate adventure. Snagging her first house, in her late 20s to a daring venture in the snowy landscapes of Park City. Her risk-taking turned run-down properties into desirable spaces. She also navigated the realms of commercial properties and condos.
She honed her competitive spirit as a water polo player at UCSB and SDSU, and Marathon and triathlon conqueror later in life. She enjoys spending time in her garden, making jewelry, hiking and doing yoga. With a son navigating the college scene in Seattle and a daughter ruling the high school turf, her life has been a wild ride of aloha, adventures, and property magic.
Now focusing on helping others real estate dreams come true, treating every client like family and putting her whole heart into every transaction.
