About Wendy
Hi, I’m Wendy Newman, and I represent clients in the Sierra Foothills and the San Francisco Bay Area.
I sell homes. And I do it well.
My approach is straightforward and grounded in reality: I listen carefully, tell the truth (even when it’s not the easy version), and guide you through smart decisions that get results. No pressure, no games—just clear strategy, strong advocacy, on the listing side, upleveled marketing, and a steady hand from start to finish.
Before real estate, I was a serial entrepreneur. I built, grew, and sold companies and associations, including Stay Sonoma LLC, an accommodations real estate company representing over 300 hotels, inns, and estates in Sonoma County (2000–2012).
I’m deeply committed to communication and making sure people feel included, heard, and understood. That led me to study American Sign Language and Deaf Culture at Vista College in Berkeley.
In my free time, I write (both fiction and non-fiction) which probably explains why I care so much about how things are communicated and experienced.
At the core, I’m a leader and a partner. I bring a mix of compassion, clarity, and fierce advocacy to every transaction, guiding my clients through what can be a complex process with as much peace, certainty, and ease as possible.
My goal is simple: do exceptional work, earn your trust, and be your first call whenever real estate comes up again.
