Wendy Rape

Wendy is a Native Texan who grew up on a farm in a small Texas town. During those years on the farm her parents instilled in her the value of hard work, honesty, integrity and the tenacity to succeed and accomplish her goals Growing up in a small town she learned the importance of what it meant to be a part of a community, taking care of your neighbors and building lifelong friendships. In 2004 Wendy and her husband Darren moved to the beautiful town of Granbury. Wendy always had an interest in real estate and serving others so in 2006 she decided to get her real estate license and it was a great fit for her. She wanted to continue to grow her real estate career so in 2012 she went on to earn her Brokers license. In 2017, Wendy joined Magnolia Realty which, was founded by Chip & Joanna Gaines., when they opened their first real estate office outside of Waco, in Granbury, Texas, She joined the brokerage as a realtor, then in 2019, the opportunity arose for her to become the Broker for the Granbury office. In 2020 Wendy also became one of the first real estate franchise owners at Magnolia Realty for the Granbury Texas location and is currently the Broker and Owner for the Granbury office. Wendy believes as a real estate professional, being involved in the community where you live and work is vitally important to the current and future growth of the area. She believes that Realtors/Brokers serve a great role in our communities and that is why she has chosen to serve on many different local committees and boards. When Wendy is not working she enjoys gardening, hiking, landscape photography and spending time with family and friends.
