Wendy's resilience and independence were forged early in life when her mother passed away at the age of nine. Despite the challenges, she learned to take care of herself and become self-reliant. Leaving home at eighteen, Wendy embarked on a journey to make her mark in the world, even though she was uncertain about her future path.

During this formative period, Wendy worked in a doctor's office and was fortunate to have Dr. King as her mentor. Under his guidance, she not only acquired basic medical knowledge but also developed a strong sense of professionalism and compassion in patient care.

Wendy's career took a different turn when she joined a company that was opening rehabilitation centers in nursing homes across the country. Her role involved setting up these new rehab departments, allowing her to travel extensively and acquire essential skills in presentation, people and project management, and training.

Simultaneously, Wendy started investing in rental properties, sparking her initial interest in real estate. Tired of constant travel, she decided to transition into a career in real estate. After becoming a property manager, Wendy realized her true calling was in becoming a realtor. She obtained her real estate license and dedicated herself to listing and selling homes full-time.
