This was my first time buying a home, and honestly I hope the process goes as smoothly if and when I go through the home buying process again. I was able to give a pretty big list of criteria for what I was looking for and got many great suggestions from that list. One of which was the house I ended up purchasing, which I would have likely not found otherwise. It was also nice to know that I was able to contact my realtor after the purchase for help and advice. In general you were all very accommodating with my time constraints and schedules for everything.

The hardest part was choosing and dealing with the mortgage company. Debbie was very helpful with the information she gave me about the loan process and I felt much more comfortable talking to banks after that.

I have been luckily enough to work with Beth since my first home purchase (2006). She took the time to take me around to all of the houses I could have ever wanted to see, and finally I choose the very first one. The process could not have gone more smoothly, and I felt totally assured throughout. I have and will continue to recommend Beth and the entire Wendy Slaughter Team to all and any that may be looking into real-estate. They are absolute professionals, which is not always the case in the real-estate world.
