Wendy Streshenkoff

I began my career in Real Estate in 2003 when I lived in New Orleans, but as a small time investor. I bought, sold and rented several properties, renovating them with my own blood, sweat and many times tears. During that time, I also worked in the service industry full time.

In 2008 I made the move to Paso Robles where I didn’t know a soul and I’ve never looked back. I opened my own yoga studio in downtown Paso, Dharma Yoga, in 2010 and am happy to say that it is thriving. The community that has joined me in my adventure has been an inspiration to me. Many of my yogis have been in my life since the opening and are now a second family to me.

I have continued to work in the service industry in Paso Robles so my face is very familiar to many people. I made the move to become a Realtor because it seemed like a natural progression in my life, combining my love of serving the public with my knowledge of the process from both sides. I am completely sympathetic to the needs of my clients and wish to make the process as seamless and easy as possible, and fun.
