Wendy Suttle is hands down the best realtor I have ever met. She sold our house, (which was a specialty property with small number of potential buyers,) in record time for a price that was unbelievable. And helped us buy something else and used her bulldog negotiation skills to get us the best price.

If you want someone who is attentive, listens to what is important to you, is honest, responsive and does everything to exceed expectations, have a conversation with her. She treats every sale and purchase like it is her own house she is selling or buying.

From the extensive marketing plan to keeping us informed to dealing with buyer issues during the sale, there Is no one like her. In fact, the people that bought our house are switching all their property purchase and sales to her after seeing her in action. Call her if you are even thinking about buying or selling. She is amazing!!!!

In this modern age it's not so difficult to find prospective homes to buy, but the right agent will guide you in finding the home you really want. She starts with a thorough consultation, asking question after question. She asked us questions we hadn't considered. All of this to find out our ultimate desires in a home purchase.

During the search process, Wendy kept us on point with our goals. Once we decided to make an offer on a home, that's when the "pit-bull" came out. In 2019, I decided to sell my house after my wife passed away. I decided to move to Florida to be closer to my children and grandchildren. I contacted Wendy and the process to sale the house started.
