Wendy Waller

A native of the Panhandle, Wendy Waller started her career in real estate in 1998 and for more than two decades has built an extensive knowledge of the Atlanta market with a distinct business acumen for the industry. An established entrepreneur, Wendy proudly launches Emerald Coast Real Estate as she grows her brand and her team.

Wendy is a licensed broker in Georgia and in Florida. Often described as tenacious, Wendy is all about her clients and supports their full suite of needs no matter their previous real estate experience or history as buyer or seller and across residential or commercial. Through the years, she has successfully navigated her clients through the multiple scenarios that exist in the dynamic world of real estate.

Wendy also has significant experience in the acquisition and disposition of corporate facilities and income-producing property. She founded the firm Yellow Real Estate Services, Inc. where she specialized in the representation of owners, users and investors in the leasing, sale, and purchase of retail and office properties.

Wendy is a graduate of the University of Central Florida where she earned a B.S. degree in Health Science before moving to Atlanta in the mid 1990’s. A rookie then, she quickly learned the nuances of the housing market during the aftermath of the crash and into the tech boom and the dot.com era.

Wendy enjoys hiking, boating, art and socializing with friends and family. She and Chula (“beautiful” in Spanish) - her adopted 8-yr-old Chihuahua mix - split their time between Atlanta and her hometown of Pensacola.
