Wendy has been a licensed Realtor in the Nashville area for 18 years selling residential real estate working alongside her family. She has the experience and knowledge to assist buyers and sellers to ensure a successful closing and smooth transition with their move. Having lived in both Davidson and Williamson Counties, she knows both areas well and is as comfortable in them as her own backyard. As a parent herself, Wendy understands firsthand the decisions that families go through to determine which neighborhoods to settle into and which schools to select for their children’s education. Wendy attended both public and private schools growing up in the area and her daughter has as well. Wendy graduated from Harpeth Hall High School and the University of Oklahoma, and also attended Université de Clermont-Ferrand in France. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Tennessee Association of Realtors and the Williamson County Association of Realtors. Wendy has earned the Certified Residential Specialist Designation. Outside of her life as a Realtor, you will find Wendy volunteering for her daughter’s school and sports teams, church and neighborhood HOA board. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Doug, her daughter, Mary Wallis and Shichon dog, Frisky. They enjoy walking, biking, snow skiing together and are avid travelers.
