Ms. Webb helped us find the right contractors to prepare our rental property for sale and followed through with outstanding customer service. Wendy kept and eye on the vacant property and provided updates as the repairs were underway. She saved us the trouble of making the 400 mile round trip repeatedly to check on the property. We closed at home without having to travel back to Tennessee. I highly recommend Wendy Webb.

Wendy Webb is a wonderful agent to work with. I appreciate the fact that she was very pro active in keeping us informed of the details and progress of our contract and the status of the buyers loan. We ended up with a great offer that went to closing.
In an age that often sees a lack of customer service, Wendy proves there are still agents out there who care for their clients, and work hard to ensure satisfaction and success for the folks she works with. Every question was answered quickly, and with competence. Because we live out of state, she had to make extra trips to the house to check on things. She is a hard working lady, and I would encourage anyone looking for an agent to give her a call!
