About Wendy

If you’re familiar with the Bedford, VA and surrounding counties real estate, chances are you have heard Wendy Witt’s name a time or two. She has been successful in the area since 2007 and carries some of the top sales numbers in Lynchburg and Roanoke Realtor Associations.
Her client list carries not only the most appreciated repeat clients and referrals but from the camaraderie of her lifetime of Bedford heritage and friends to the civic organizations with which she has been involved. The duties have included Foundation Chair and President of the Bedford Rotary Club, Vestry member of St Johns Episcopal, Board of Directors (BOD) - Bedford County Club, BOD - Bedford YMCA. She recently served on the Lynchburg Association of Realtors BOD, as liaison with the legislative and website committees.
Wendy serves Bedford, Smith Mountain Lake, Forest, Roanoke, City of Lynchburg, Campbell, Botetourt, Franklin and Amherst Counties.

Wendy has lived in Chicago, IL, working as a nationwide telecom database administrator and in Los Angeles, CA as a homemaker before finding her way back to Central Virginia and her hometown. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, gardening, walking/hiking, music and travel with her partner Bill. She and Bill also are invested in local real estate, in both residential and commercial properties with current projects on rental apartments and offices. Bill is a craftsman and they enjoy their maker spaces, including Bill’s blacksmithing and woodworking and Wendy’s pottery hobby. Her end goal and “big why” is more time at the pottery wheel, being in nature and to make YOU one of many, happy and satisfied real estate clients.
