Wendy did a great job walking with us through the home sale and home buying process! She helped us narrow down the list of things to do and focus on to get our home ready to sell. She was encouraging and supportive, helping us meet our goals. My kids loved how she even engaged them in the process! She made the time whenever it was needed, even a late night at the end of a long day and several Friday evenings. She understood just what we were looking for and made the whole process run smoothly. Wendy was an exceptional agent to work with. My husband and I met her on a whim looking for homes off of Zillow/Realtor. We had reached a point, where, we were tired of meeting phony agents that were not listening to what we were looking for and instead, were looking to make a quick sale. Wendy LISTENED and actually suggested our now home. With the market being so hot, had it not been for her, we may have waited for a long time, without a place to call home. Wendy worked with us every step of the way. She explained everything in great detail and made sure we were always prepared and on time with our closing goal. Wendy was a tremendous help to our family. We were a military family stationed abroad (Italy) when we started house hunting. We didn't have to worry once we were in touch with Wendy. She searched, videoed, and gave her honest opinion with regards to the areas and the homes. Her eyes were an asset to us as we were able to close on a home from an ocean away in the middle of a pandemic. There are so many amazing things to say about my fiancé and I having Wendy as our agent. Wendy was absolutely amazing and we would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house! We used her to sell our home and buy our new one. She is extremely knowledgeable about the market and the whole selling and buying process and very detail-oriented.

After being empty nesters for 2 years, we decided to sell our home of 23 years. Wendy was recommended to my husband and me by a friend who is a retired real estate agent. Wendy came and walked through our house, identifying the tasks to prepare the house to sell. Her guidance was key, so that we didn’t spend money where it wasn’t needed and we got the house in shape in record time.

We have bought and sold a number of houses however, we have never encountered such a level of excellence.
