Selling real estate is just as much about PEOPLE, as it is about real estate. Buying or selling a home is an emotional experience, and one of the largest transactions in a persons life. I take pride in being that steady hand that is there for the client from the first phone call through to closing day. I know the area and the market well - and put that knowledge and experience to work on behalf of those I serve. This outlook and approach to real estate is largely responsible for me becoming the #1 agent in my company for closed home sales in 2021, 2022 and 2023 - out of over 150 agents.

As a native Virginian, I have lived in the metro Richmond area over 23 years and "retired" after having the pleasure of serving it's citizens as an emergency first responder over the majority of that time. I was fortunate enough to achieve a Masters Degree at University of Richmond, and advanced to an upper leadership position before transitioning as a real estate professional. This unique experience has allowed me to gain an in-depth understanding of the region and it's many variables, as well as understand the value of productive communication and forging positive relationships, especially in a business transaction. I am a certified relocation specialist with my brokerage and have helped many clients relocate to Richmond from all around the country. Having already served in a career where integrity, trust, and loyalty are the bedrock of success, its second nature to live those same values with every relationship and with every client I serve. My goal is always to guide the client through the buying or selling process in as seamless and smooth a process as possible, with a world-class level of service and commitment.

Whether its the latest running trail, restaurant opening, or community event, I pride myself as a passionate unofficial ambassador for all things RVA! When not working on behalf of my clients I enjoy spending outdoor time with my family and our THREE Great Danes, or taking day hiking trips to Charlottesville and the mountains.
