08/24/2015 - allman851 Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in West Colfax, Denver, CO. Wes was terriffic to work with. He was always on time to all of our showings. He shows extreme proffessionalism but can also make it fun. He was very patient with me during the several showings before I found my home. After we toured a few properties Wes knew what I was looking for and found the home I eventually purchased. I would definitely reccommend wes to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

08/27/2015 - bbbarath Showed home in 2014 in Southglenn, Littleton, CO 80122. I first got the chance to work with Wesley Hartman looking for some homes for a fix and flip business. Wes took the time to sit down and help qualify what type of home would best work for my business, and even did market research to help find the best location for me to invest in. Before we started the search in the field he had a list of homes to look at all based off of my requests, and then even helped create his own list that he thought might work better. Even though we never found the perfect deal for me to invest in, Wes always stayed positive and continued to search for the perfect deal. We must have looked at over a 100 homes and not once did I ever feel that he was frustrated or wanted to quit. My next home/investment property will be purchased using Wes/AES Real Estate.
