Wesley's Reviews

I worked with Wesley – an exceptional agent. He listed my place in June and he stayed resilient and positive during a rough 4 months in an increasingly dwindling market. He and Christine (escrow agent) were understanding, above & beyond helpful, and sympathetic during an already tough, personal situation of selling my home. The cherry on top, Wesley was able to close at asking price. His experience, knowledge, service, and help throughout the process were second to none! Highly recommend to anyone in the market to buy or sell. Thank you again Wesley!

This is our second time with working with Wesley. This time we were selling our home and purchasing another. When it comes to all things real estate, there is no other person that we trust than Wesley. To say that he's delivered and executed each time is an understatement. This is my second time writing a review on him - I highly recommend him! We routinely get his company letters in the mail that explains his mission statement and what he can provide to his clients and I can attest that all his claims hold true. He is always available to answer my calls, texts and questions and goes above and beyond to ensure we are aware of every detail or piece of information a long the way. Communication is key and we were never short of that. Here are my experiences with him on the buying AND selling end.
First and foremost, I believe having 1 person deal the selling and buying can alleviate so much stress.
BUYING: Both times have been smooth and easy. He goes in with your best interest at heart. We've been blessed to have had both purchases go in our favor and we owe that to Wesley. He knows what it takes to get it done.
SELLING: When it came to listing our home, he had Vanguard Media come out and take the photos and a video (drone) of our home. There is no way for me attach the video on here, but it was very well put together. The photos show the TRUE condition and space of our home. I know that on the buying end, its important because sometimes you go to house showings and the pictures don't always reflect what you're seeing.
No matter how the housing market is doing Wesley knows the market and the trends very well and he has strategies in place that account for the shifts in the market. We placed our home up for sale during the time where houses are averaging 40 days on the market and we were still able to sell our home within that time frame.
Wesley is professional, driven and his work ethic is like no other. I appreciate the team he has behind him that has allowed for my husband and I to make purchasing and buying a smooth process. I trust his judgement on lenders (VERY IMPORTANT!) and professional opinion when it comes to real estate.
So, thank you again WESLEY! For all your hard work and always making us a priority when it comes to business. No matter how many clients you have at one time, we have always felt like we were the only ones. We have known and worked with you for 4 years and you have remained the same!
