We were so blessed and thankful to have Ms. Whing Bautista as our realtor especially for a first time home buyers like us. We have so many reasons to thank her. First, let me start it by her making us feel like a "Family" and not just a client. She listened carefully to our preferences and scheduled viewings ASAP based on our likes. When we viewed properties, Ms. Whing gave us ample time to privately explore the house. We never felt pressured at all, instead, we were all comfortable and enjoyed our house tour. Second, we want a realtor that is not pushy or intimidating and boom!! Our prayers has been answered because Ms. Whing was God's answered to us. She's very professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, what truly captivated our hearts and trust was when we all felt how genuine, honest and kind person she was. We can feel her utmost sincerity, passion and her eagerness to help us find our home. Third, we were all aware that finding the best and the right house will not be easy, we encountered some frustrations and disappointments along the way but this was the part where we want to highlight how we deeply appreciated Ms. Whing. She has a strong faith, hope and determination that she gave to me and to my family. She uplifted our spirits to never ever give up and to never lose hope but rather to believe and trust. And, that I can confidently say that kind of outstanding treatment and concern were not easy to receive. As a nurse myself, what Ms. Whing did was she gave me and my family an extra mile with extraordinary care and compassion. We strongly felt her concerns and love to us. We didn't only find a realtor but we gained a friend and a family as well. Fourth, when we were ready to make an offer to the property, Ms. Whing showed how skillful realtor she was, this showcase her years and years of expertise and experience. A little background to the house that we found, it was not an easy negotiation. The house actually received so many offers however the seller's contigency was very risky. We thought that we will not get a chance to even get to the offer part but Ms. Whing made an amazing, truthful and a very sincere offer letter that captured the seller's heart. That "offer letter" was the KEY in unlocking the door to our now we called "Our Home Sweet Home". The seller himself honestly told us that after reading the letter, it deeply touches his heart and that made him decide that we are the "chosen one" for the house. Fifth, Ms. Whing directed us to the right people such as having an amazing and thorough loan consultant and home inspector. Sixth, during the closing process, Ms. Whing made sure we understand everything. She answered our questions promptly and even called us back after hours. She connects our concerns directly to our loan consultant and that we all felt how protective she was to us. And lastly, we want to express how thankful we were to Mr. Ben (Ms. Whing's husband), he has been very helpful, and that we also witnessed their love and care to one another.

Overall, Ms. Whing gave us an amazing and positive experience that we will always forever be grateful and thankful. We highly recommend Ms. Whing to ALL home buyers. Our journey in this house was all worth it because of Ms. Whing. Thank you so much again Ms. Whing for everything.
