Whitney was amazing! This was a very emotional process for me and my family, selling my late dad's house which has been our family gathering place for over 20 years. Lots of memories! Whitney walked us through every step and went above and beyond by with so many extras. I highly recommend Whitney if you want a top-notch realtor! Very professional and knowledgeable!

We were looking to buy a home in Blacksburg at what seemed like the worst time, but Whitney was on top of it. We looked at houses that me and my family and Whitney knew werent gonna work for us but she kept us engaged. She listened to what we wanted and after an endless search came upon a home that fit all our needs for now and our future! We couldnt be more happier in our home and are in love with our community and the NRV. Whitney wasn't just our realtor.... she is our friend, neighbor and an advocate for our area! She truly cares for her clients and takes the home search personally. We couldnt have made a better choice and thanks Whitney for sticking with us through the entire process and then some!

It is difficult and stressful to find and purchase a home from out of town, but Whitney was able to make the process less difficult and less stressful. I am so thankful to have had her as my agent. Throughout the process, Whitney was a perfect combination of professional and personal. She exhibited genuine interest and effort in helping me find the right home...always patient and seemingly never tiring throughout. There were several times when she videoed and, or did a FaceTime walk through a prospective home. And she helped to facilitate the purchase of
my new home in such a way that stresses were diminished. After the purchase, Whitney continued to help in locating services such as house cleaners and painters and offered to go over and let these persons in my home. Whitney has not only been an excellent realtor, but a very good friend!!! I highly recommend her as a realtor to persons looking for a home in the NRV area!!!!!!

I am very happy to recommend Whitney for your real estate needs. She is a dedicated professional who was there for us throughout the entire home purchasing process. We were not always able to view available homes since we were located out of state, Whitney took the time to provide detailed virtual tours of the available homes. She is very knowledgeable on the local market and pays attention to her clients desires and needs. She helped us negotiate with the seller to take care of areas of concern found during our home inspection. But what I was most impressed with was the support she provided to us after we closed on the home. She helped us get the utilities set up in our new home as well as helping us find contractors to do repairs and upgrades on our home. Whitney truly cares about providing the best possible purchasing experience to her clients, I am glad we chose Whitney!

Whitney went above and beyond the average real estate agent. We live hundreds of miles away from the house we were getting ready for market. It was a very anxious task of monitoring repairs, etc but Whitney was our advocate all through out!
Our house was under contract within 52 hours of posting and the contract experience was seamless!
I only wish we Whitney could be our buying Realtor in Texas😀

We highly recommend Whitney to anyone looking to purchase a home in the New River Valley area. Whitney was a god send to me and husband as we started our home buying journey all the way from overseas. She viewed multiple houses for us and never once made us feel bad when we decided some weren't for us.
