When it came time for my siblings and I to sell my Moms home, we weren't 100% sure of the direction to take as far as buy owner or realtor or somewhere in between. Whitney came along. Honestly, at first, upon meeting her, I wasn't sure about her because of how young she was and this being an estate sale. It did not take long for her to put my concerns to rest. I found her to be very knowledgeable and well able. She kept us informed about what was needed and expected. She clarified anything we didn't understand. She made the process easy and seamless. This was my first time buying a home and I could not have asked for someone better than Whitney to help me throughout this process. I told her my goals and needs for a house and she made sure that I was able to attain them even when I got sidetracked myself. She has all the right connections for lenders and attorneys. When I didn't like the first lender, she referred me to an excellent guy (Ron Stanley at Guaranteed Rate) that answered all my questions and helped calm my nerves when it came to getting financing. She also connected me with a great closing attorney. Overall, if you want to find a home that meets your needs and have a smooth transaction, then you won't be disappointed with Whitney.
