Whitney sold our house and helped us find our new one, which we have been in for about 3 years. I thought the process would be overwhelming and was not looking forward to it. Whitney was very knowledgeable about how to stage and improve the house/property for a sale. When the house went on the market, it looked great, thanks in large part to her good suggestions.
We also appreciated the way Whitney interacted with the Buyers' representatives during the process. She was very friendly and helpful but also knew how to take a firm stance when warranted.
Her knowledge of the details of the entire selling process was very impressive. She deftly handled every step whether it was valuing the property, facilitating the negotiation process, or managing the closing.
