Whitney sold me my first home, and I can’t recommend her enough. She was so informative and patient with all my newbie questions. I never felt pressured but she was always available. She went to bat for me when there were some issues during escrow and resolved things in my favor. Even after I have the keys and everything is done, she’s just as responsive helping me get all the people I need - a contractor, painters, info from the HOA- to be successful in my new place. This was a match made in heaven ! Whitney has been a blessing to us and our family, as a first time home buyer it could be really scary to make a big commitment, but Whitney handled everything and always looked out for our best interest. I had to move recently when I accepted a job in Northern California. I wanted to sell my condo but was apprehensive about the current market. I had previously met Whitney during a previous holiday pie event that her agency does every year. She was personable, professional, and kept in touch. So, I reached out to her and had a meeting. She went over her plans to list our condo. She had a great strategy for listing our condo and kept us up-to-date through the process! The first showing brought in great foot traffic and resulted in offers. We accepted an offer and closed in about a months time. She made everything so easy that when my family and I needed a realtor short notice for another property, we called her knowing she would respond right away. Whitney Kaye is amazing! I had the pleasure of using her services for selling my condo and also for buying a new home. For the sell of my condo, Whitney had offers in the first week. There was a minor hiccup but she kept me updated everyday and sometimes more than once a day. The sell was a smooth process. She was just as good with the purchase of my new home. I told her what I wanted and she found it. We saw the home the first day it was on the market and we made an offer. There were several other offers on the home.
