About Will

Will's real estate career began in 1990. Since then, he has had the privilege to continue to expand my footprint in the real estate world in Fayette County. After working with a couple of local firms, he obtained his Residential Accredited Appraiser license. With this, he was able to work with the State of TN Division of Property Assessments working throughout west TN. From there, he had the opportunity to acquire my broker’s license and open his own real estate firm, Fayette Realty. As a Fayette County native, Will has primarily focused on this and surrounding areas in all his endeavors. He has been able to build a network with many other local professionals including surveyors, lenders, attorneys, etc. and these long standing relationships allow him to best assist clients with various real estate needs.
