Will Cobb

Will, a Gainesville native, graduated from Georgia Southern Univeristy with a BS degree in Political Science and Anthropology. After graduation, he worked with Bobby Rowan and Associates as a lobbyist, assisting many regional and national coroporations with Georgia Legislature. Will joined the Norton Agency in 1994 as a leasing specialist in Asset Management Division. Since 1998, he has risen through the Commercial Division adn specializes in the sale, leasing, and investment of industrial and commercial property. Will uses an approach of accurately assembling and assessing all available resourcess, while using his skills to negotiate the very best transactions for his clients.
