Buying and selling a home is such an important life event. Home is where life’s most precious events take place. A baby’s first steps. Birthdays and holiday celebrations. The first day of school. Graduations. Home is the place where you share and make memories with those that you love and hold close to your heart. The place where you feel safe and secure during those difficult times.
When you decide to buy or sell a home, it’s a very meaningful event. And it should be treated as such by your real estate agent.
When I am fortunate enough to guide families through the journey of buying or selling a home, I understand the magnitude of this time in their lives. That’s why I answer those late-night phone calls to answer the question that’s keeping them awake. That’s why I pay special attention to their needs, and make sure I completely understand what is most important to them. Their goals become my goals. I walk with them through the entire process advising them along the way and paying special attention to all of the details. However, I am not always speaking. I listen… Because it isn’t about me. Not even close. It’s about my clients and what I can do to make the process as smooth as possible for them. I’ve been there. I know how stressful it can be to a family that is between homes. I also know that I can make a difference. Because in my mind, they deserve nothing less. Therefore, I strive to be that difference.
